Today we have a delicious sweet snack or dessert! These tahini oatmeal fudge cups are insanely easy to make and only requires a handful of ingredients that you probably already have! In addition, these fudge cups are completely vegan, gluten free, and oil free!
I used tahini because I love the deep toasty flavor that comes from sesame seeds! If you aren’t familiar with tahini, it is a ground up sesame paste that is traditionally used in cooking recipes, but it can most defiantly be used for sweet recipes too! If you don’t have any tahini on hand then you can sub with some peanut butter or almond butter! This recipes works great with any nut or seed butter!

Where do I store these fudge cups?
I store mine in the fridge in an air tight container. However, they also stay great in the freezer! I do not recommend keeping them out in room temperature because they chocolate will be very fudgy and it can get messy.

Key ingredients for these tahini oatmeal fudge cups
- Tahini
- Tahini is the star of the show! I love the deep rich flavor it adds to these fudge cups! You can also sub with peanut butter or almond butter if you don’t have any tahini on hand!
- Gluten free oats
- I usually just bled up some old fashioned oats because it is way cheaper than buying some oat flour at the store! If you do blend them up make sure it is a pretty fine power. I like to use gluten free oats from Bob’s Red Mill.
- Maple syrup
- I love using maple syrup as a sweetener because it helps bind the cookies together. Agave nectar and honey will work well too.
- Vegan chocolate chips
- I used vegan chocolate chips from Enjoy Life!
