
These healthy cookie dough bites are insanely easy to make, and they are delicious! It took me 10 minutes to mix all the ingredients together, then I set it in the fridge to chill. Once that’s all done ta-da it’s ready to eat!
I wanted to make something sweet, but I wasn’t in the mood to put much effort into making something. This recipe is perfect for an on the go snack or to use as an ice cream topper! Kids will love this recipe, and even making it along with you!
How long does this cookie dough last?
This cookie dough will last up to a week in the fridge (if it lasts that long)! You can also keep it in the freezer and it will last for months.
Can I bake this cookie dough?
I mean you can, but it won’t be as good as a traditional cookie recipe. If you really want to bake them, I would add half a teaspoon of baking soda to help the texture of the dough. However, I suggest eating this dough raw!

Variations to this cookie dough recipe:
- Add a tablespoon of cocoa powder to make a double chocolate version. Add some almond milk if it gets to dry!
- Add come sprinkles to make a funfetti version.
- Stir in some walnuts or pecans for a nice crunch!
- Add some chopped almond and coconut for some fun flavors!

Ingredients
- ½ cup almond flour
- ¼ cup coconut flour
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¾ cup almond butter
- ¼ cup mini chocolate chips
- ⅛ cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Flaky slat
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the almond butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
- Follow by folding in the almond flour, coconut flour, salt, and chocolate chips.
- Flatten the dough out into a baking pan and top with some chocolate chips and flaky salt.
- Place in the fridge for 1-2 hours.
- Cut up into small pieces and serve!
